Being very introspective, growing is a topic that has always resonated with me. My journey started 22 years ago with the birth of my oldest daughter. It was difficult in the beginning. I've experienced first hand what it feels like to transition from being an 'unaware' leader, with limited knowledge of self, my passion, my dreams, others and the world around me, to being a person who embraced my unique leadership and EI DNA, growing constantly and being much more aware of others' unique abilities, strengths and gifts.

I have always been intrigued about the popular questionnaires that you get in magazines and was the first one to complete the "Are you compatible...?" or "Are you born to be a leader...?" or even something like "Do you have what it takes to be a winner...?"

Reflecting on this, I think it was the combination of curiosity, love of learning and the striving towards self-development that fuelled this interest.
